AgilePoint - SharePoint workflow can not add
When you connect to when trying a workflow in SharePoint with a process template of the AgilePoint server, the following error message "not Object reference set to to an instance of object", then it's probably because that Sharepoint and AgilePoint Server not communicate. It may be that an AD user has a new password or the user has been changed. For this purpose, under open lists AgilePoint Configuration list and check whether the user data is still correct.
If you get the following error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to add a process template for a workflow in Sharepoint. Therefore reason might be, that the communication between Sharepoint and AgilePoint server is not working correctly. Maybe the AD user password got deleted or changed. Please go to the AgilePoint-configuration list, under SharePoint lists, and check the credentials there.
